Peter Zangrilli
Personal Financial Representative
Peter Zangrilli is the agency’s Personal Financial Representative. A graduated from Rider University with a BS in Business Administration, Peter has been in the financial services industry since 1991. He brings a wealth of knowledge when it comes to life insurance, and reviewing your retirement needs and objectives.
Peter is passionate about developing close relationships with customers and values the confidence they place in him to see their goals can be met to the best ability possible. Whether it is a simple protection review or something more sophisticated, Peter treats each customer with the same amount of attention, empathy, and courtesy.

Kelli Horta
Licensed Insurance Representative
Kelli is Charles' spouse of over 25 years and helped open the agency with him in 2008. She is a longtime resident of Moorestown, and has her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University. As a member of the servicing team, she is passionate about assisting customers with their insurance needs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters, traveling, reading and the beach.

Krista Clune

Krista joined the agency in 2012. She began as a Commercial Account Professional. Her customer engagement and problem solving led her to become Service Team leader, and ultimately Agency Manager. A Pennsylvania native, she moved to New Jersey after earning her degree at Temple University and getting married. She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, and preferably on water.

Melanie has been representing Allstate since 1996 and became part of the Charles Horta Agency team in 2019. She enjoys building relationships with customers and helping them to understand the complexity of their insurance needs. While not working, Melanie loves spending time with her family. She is a mother of 2 daughters and a newly acquired Goldendoodle.
